Kindness is not everything

Like the other reviewer, I am reviewing the Professional Cleaners located next to the Waffle House (near the QT gas station). I will admit that these people are some of the nicest people you'll meet. I've frequented them every other week or so and I don't have to provide them a phone number like I used to. Having said that, I do have a problem with the quality of the dry cleaning. I mainly have my work shirts and pants dry cleaned and more often than not, the quality is not great. If anything, it is terrible. Over half of my shirts had the cuff buttons ripped off (two actually melted), both at the wrists and the opening for the forearm. I don't consider my shirts cheap, either; most of them are Polo Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, and Kenneth Cole. Grant it, they are not the most expensive shirts, but they are known to be of high quality. To make matters worse, they sew a button back on with a different colored string (I've noticed them use pink string)! There also have been times when they sew a button for the forearm portion with a bigger-sized one, making me unable to close that opening. To top it all off, my shirts have way too many creases. Most of my creases are around the cuff and shoulder seams. I've hand-ironed my shirts countless times and I can do a better job than they do and I'm not even a professional! Some of my pants have also come back with more stains than when I originally dropped them off. There were a couple of times I noticed some oil stains that were not there before they "cleaned" my pants. I honestly don't know how this place stays in business, as I don't believe they have a personal vendetta against me and that is why I'm receiving such horrible service. Kindness is not the only thing that matters in business; you can be one of the meanest person, as long as you can get the job done, I will go back. They will never see any of my shirts ever again.

These people are the best! Their work is superb. The service is OUTSTANDING! Customer service is what Professional Cleaners is all about. Whether it is an emergency, special handling or just recognizing you as you come through the door! I won't take my clothes anywhere else.

(To clarify, this is the Professional Cleaners on Chamblee Tucker, right by the Waffle House. There are a few cleaners in Tucker by the same name.) Great, great, great! Their work is high quality. The pricing is reasonable. The service is superb. They remember who we are and what clothes are ours, without a ticket. If they see us coming, sometimes they already have our clothes pulled and waiting when we walk through the door. You can find a cheaper dry cleaner, but you certainly won't find a better one.
